How cancellations work for stays

A pre-payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required for a reservation to be effective. 

Once a reservation has been confirmed, the prepayment is not refundable. However, it can be used to change the dates of the reservation, up to 30 days before the arrival date, one time only and according to the accommodations’ availability and could eventually be subjected to price changes. 

If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date and will be cancelled, the prepayment will not be refunded and cannot be used for a future booking.

The cancellation conditions of MEDANO4YOU may be subject to changes.
