Bookings Policy

Select your Holiday Home

Select your arrival and departure dates, as well as the number of guests staying in the Holiday Home. On the next page, a list of all available accommodations will be displayed according to your dates and accommodation capacity preferences. All Holiday Homes displayed on the page can be rented on the requested dates.

Selecting whichever Holiday Home, you will be able to see all the details of each accommodation, including photos and total cost of the stay. 

The total cost of the stay is based on the number of guests entered, seasonal price adjustments, discounts, and cleaning fee. 

Some accommodations allow pets. To see which ones, check the icons on the accommodation details. Bookings with pets may incur extra charges. For more information, please contact by email to customerservice@medano4you.com storniert werden..

Book your Holiday Home

Once you have selected the Holiday Home according to your preferences, to start the booking process click on “Instant Booking”, and you will be redirected to the booking page. 

On the booking page, you will be asked to fill in a form with your personal details. 

If you have any special requirements such as a late check-in, please use the comments box to request these and we will try to accommodate your requests wherever possible. Please see our Check in and Check Out Policy page for more information on late check-ins or how to check-in and check-out.

In order to secure your reservation, you will be asked to make a prepayment online. 

This prepayment should be made by credit card or Paypal.  From there, you will be redirected to a secure payment page, where you will have to enter your credit card number or PayPal.

Medano4yoy has a third-party payment system whereby credit card details are processed through an external bank server. We also have the guarantee of Stripe, specialists in payment protection.

Cleaning costs are not included in the price per night of the accommodation. Each Holiday Home has its own rates in relation to its dimensions and characteristics.

The cleaning costs will be indicated in the price details and on the booking page details.  

To complete the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after online pre-payment, with details of your booking and accommodation and how you may pay the remainder of your balance.

Please note: If you have booked a Holiday Home where a security deposit is applicable, you will be required to pay the security deposit on arrival.

Security Deposit 

Note: ONLY FOR CERTAIN BOOKINGS

Each Holiday Home has different rules regarding deposits. If an accommodation requires a deposit, this will be indicated in the accommodation details and on the booking page. This amount must be paid at check-in before arriving at the Holiday Home.

The deposit can be debited by pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card. The amount will be blocked on the card for 7 days after departure, after that it will be automatically unblocked, provided that the accommodation has been left in an acceptable condition. 

In the event that it is not, the deadline for the return of the deposit will be subject to the conditions of an inspection of the property and the deduction of the necessary expenses for supplies and damages.

Please check your confirmation email to see if you are required to pay a deposit  by pre-authorisation. Medano4you does not accept charges for refunds of deposits made by bank transfer or PayPal.

Booking cancellation
