Beautiful, super central, 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom penthouse with a private, south oriented roof terrace with a dining table and sunbeds to enjoy Tenerifes’ sun all day long. You’ll find a cozy living room with a brand new comfy sofa and a fine decorated kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, a dishwasher and a washing machine and a great dining area. Two of the bedrooms have their own TVs and the third one has a workdesk. There are also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms for pleasant ventilation on hot days. In the living room you can find an IP TV with thousands of TV channels and movies and a highspeed WiFi 50 to 300 Mbit/s with 2,7ghz and a 5 ghz network. If you have a car then you will be able to use the private parking space and its’ storage room just next to it. The terrace access is shared by a stair with one other property. As always, bed linen, towels ( with spares ), beachtowels, a washing machine, hairdryer and an iron kit are included.
