From your private terrace you will enjoy gorgeous side sea views with an inside and outside dining and relaxing space. The very modern kitchen is fully equipped with a drink water filter, washing machine and plenty of all the appliances you could need. It´s windprotected and has a private underground parking. THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION UNTIL NEW ADVISE. The property has a safe and a big warm water boiler for your maximum comfort. As all our rental properties the fee includes bed linen, towels ( spares for both ), beachtowels, hairdryer an an ironing kit. We advise that this property on the 2nd floor has no lift.

PENDING OF THE KIND OF LEVEL OF DISTURBANCES, WE WILL REFUND UP TO MAXIMUM 20% OF PAID RENTAL. WE STRICTLY ADVISE THAT THE MAXIMUM REFUND IS 20% ONLY FOR WORKING DAYS WITH EFFECTIVE NOISE DISTURBANCES AND ONLY IF THE PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THEM.
