The 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom ( 1 of the 2 bathrooms is en suite ). There’s a WiFi repeater at each floor with a 300 Mbit/s glassfiber line. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious. You will enjoy the sunshine for the whole day as the house is located towards southeast and northwest. From the master bedroom and the living room, as well as from the front terrace, you have stunning views over the atlantic ocean. The backyard terrace offers you privacy, space, sunbeds, a shower, outdoor dining possibilities, some nice canarian plants. IT’S STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO RERENT OR GIVE ACESS TO THE GARAGE OF THE PROPERTY TO OTHERS. NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE GARAGE AS BOARDSTORAGE, BIKE STORAGE OR PARKING SPACE FOR NOT REGISTERED GUESTS.
