This cozy, perfect south-west orientated, very centrally located (in front of the Playa Chica beach) one bedroom accommodation is perfect for 3 people. It offers a lovely terrace with a dining area with sea and pool views and two sun awnings for total privacy. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with any kind of appliances you could need and a drink water filter. ( No need to buy and carry!) There’s also a little laundry room with a modern washing machine. In the bathroom you’ll find a comfortable walk in shower with no steps. It’s a groundfloor so you don’t have any steps at all what makes it very practical for who carries sport equipment or for people with reduced mobility. The wind protected, saltwater swimming pool area allows you to enjoy Tenerifes’ sun all day long.
Bedlinen, towels ( both with their spares ), International TV channels and IP TV with thousands of channels on 50 inch 4K TV, fast 300 Mbit/s Internet speed with LAN connections and 2.4 and 5 Ghz WiFi, beachtowels, safe, hairdryer and an iron are all included.
WE ADVISE THAT THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL WILL BE OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO MAINTENANCE WORK FROM THE 7TH OF MAY 2022 FOR AT LEAST ONE MONTH!!!
