Very tastefully furnished and well-equipped holiday home on the first floor of the Vista Roja residential complex in La Tejita near El Médano with beautiful community pools for adults and kids and only a 3-minute walk to Playa La Tejita, the longest natural sand beach in Tenerife and the Montaña Roja nature reserve. Within walking distance there is also a nice, small shopping mall with shopping facilities, a supermarket, bars and restaurants. By car, bus or taxi you can reach the center of El Médano in only 5 minutes, with its numerous shopping and gastronomic possibilities, or the small fishing village of Los Abrigos, famous for its many fish restaurants. The 72m2 accommodation has two gorgeous bedrooms with spacious built-in wardrobes, a modern bathroom with bathtub, a light-flooded, spacious living room with a 4K Smart TV, glassfibre 100 mbit/s line with WLAN, IP TV with streaming options and channels from all around the world, a modern, fully equipped, open kitchen with a dining area and a laundry room with a washing machine. The large south-facing terrace is directly accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. It is sheltered from the wind, very quiet and overlooks the pool and the sea. The terrace has an outdoor seating/dining area and two sun loungers.
As usual in our holiday rentals, bed linen and towels (both with spares), beach towels, a hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.
