This is a very special, in 2017 renovated, 210m2 townhouse on 3 floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet and with an incredible sea view direct in the heart of El Médano. Reachable only through the pedestrian zone, this exclusive holiday home gives you the unexpected luxury direct in the center of the village. There’s a modern, all built in open space kitchen with dishwasher, plenty of glasses, plates, appliances and a very spacious dining area with a huge handmade stylish table and two sofa areas for chilling, relaxing or reading. From the front seating area you have sea views into the beautiful El Médano bay. There’s also a bathroom with a washing machine and you’ll also find a 55 inch TV with IP TV system ( Channels, movies and series from all over the world, on demand and free of charge ) as well as a 100 to 200 Mbit/s WiFi connection.
At the top floor ( 3rd ) you have brilliant sea views and sun nearly the whole day long at the private terrace with a cozy lounge area for chilling with friends and enjoying the amazing view over the ocean. The whole accommodation is very luminous because of its glass roof which gives this very special property a lot of natural light and which can be opened by an electric roof opener. At the top floor you will find the open space master bedroom with its’ own bathroom and sliding curtains for more privacy. You can see the atlantic ocean directly from your king size bed. There’s a highspeed WiFi with 80 to 100 Mbit/s too.
At the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a household / maintenance room and 3 big wardrobes. One bedroom is for 2 persons with a king size bed, the other bedroom consists of 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 more guests. WiFi here is around 50 to 80 Mbit/s.
WiFi is reachable throughout the whole property. We have contracted a 300 Mbit/s Dual Line and a router for each floor. Minimum Speed is at least in each room 50 Mbit/s Up and download. Average speed is around 100 Mbit/s Up and Download. Living room around 100 to 200 Mbit/s.
There isn’t any aircraft noise disturbation for its exclusive location, directly at the beach promenade and the pedestrian area.
