This is a lovely, refurbished (2017), very central 1 bedroom Holiday Home on the 3rd floor (reachable by lift) with a great, windprotected terrace with sea and mountain views and a comfortable dining area. The accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and any appliances you could need for your holiday. There’s a little laundry room with a washing machine and a terrace access from bed and living room.
Bed linen and towels as well as thier spares, beachtowels, SAT TV ( Astra ), Wi-Fi, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included.
THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION UNTIL NEW ADVISE.
WE ADVISE THAT FROM THE 15TH OF MARCH 2022 AND UNTIL AT LEAST THE 15TH OF MARCH 2023 THERE WILL BE NOISE DISTURBANCES BECAUSE OF THE BUILDING’S FAÇADE RENOVATION. PENDING OF THE KIND OF LEVEL OF DISTURBANCES, WE WILL REFUND UP TO MAXIMUM 20% OF PAID RENTAL. WE STRICTLY ADVISE THAT THE MAXIMUM REFUND IS 20% ONLY FOR WORKING DAYS WITH EFFECTIVE NOISE DISTURBANCES AND ONLY IF THE PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THEM.
