This very cozy, central located Holiday Home offers one bedroom with a beautiful terrace with gorgeous sea views and a comfortable dining and chill out area. It´s located on the 4th floor with 2 lifts. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, central IP TV, a safe, high speed WiFi and a washing machine. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The fee includes bed linen, towels, beach towels, ironing kit and a hairdryer.
THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION UNTIL NEW ADVISE.
WE ADVISE THAT FROM THE 15TH OF MARCH 2022 AND UNTIL AT LEAST THE 15TH OF MARCH 2023 THERE WILL BE NOISE DISTURBANCES BECAUSE OF THE BUILDING’S FAÇADE RENOVATION. PENDING OF THE KIND OF LEVEL OF DISTURBANCES, WE WILL REFUND UP TO MAXIMUM 20% OF PAID RENTAL. WE STRICTLY ADVISE THAT THE MAXIMUM REFUND IS 20% ONLY FOR WORKING DAYS WITH EFFECTIVE NOISE DISTURBANCES AND ONLY IF THE PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THEM.
