Very centrally located down floor holiday home on two floors with a 30m2 private terrace with a lot of plants for privacy, a dining area with a table-BBQ, a sun lounger and a chill sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and any kind of appliances you could need, living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and another bathroom with a big shower. The condominium offers a swimming pool for adults and children and a private parking space belogns also to this holiday home. The Cabezo beach as well as restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are all reachable very quickly by foot.
As usual in our proposals there’s a glassfiber internet connection and bed linen and towels ( both with spares ) beachtowels, a haidryer and an ironing kit are all included.
