Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check in

Within a maximum of 24 hours after you have successfully completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the contact information for your booking and details of how you should complete your check-in procedure.

You are required to contact us, by email at customerservice@medano4you.com at least 3 days prior to your arrival to inform us of your approximate time of arrival to your Holiday Home, as well as your flight number and time information, if applicable.

Check in time is from 3:00 PM.

Late check-in has a fee of €30 from 7:00 PM.

If the estimated time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you must contact us immediately at the contact telephone number provided to inform us of this event. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee the time of access to the accommodation.

On arrival, you must go to the meeting point that you have been informed of by email. You must bring with you:

  • The booking confirmation email on your mobile phone.
  • Valid identification documents for each of the guests staying at the Holiday Home, unless you have already entered them when checking in online.
  • Proof of payment of the remainder of your balance for the booking, unless another form of payment is stipulated in your confirmation email.
  • Deposit, only for bookings where required. Please refer to your confirmation email, which specifies how the deposit is to be paid. For more information about the deposit, please read our Terms and Conditions page.

Once you have checked in, you will receive the keys to your Holiday Home.

If you arrive before 3:00 PM on the day of check-in or have a late flight on the day of check-out, you have the option to leave your luggage at your Holiday Home between 11 AM and 3 PM, at your own risk. Medano4you is not responsible for any damage or missing luggage.

If you encounter any problems in the apartment during your stay, from any kind of damage, to the missing of any article or utensil, please contact us immediately so we can try to solve the problem as soon as possible. For more information, please read our page at Terms and Conditions.

Check-out

You must leave the apartment at 11:00 am. For more information, please read our page at Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to request a Late Check Out, please contact Medano4you by email at customerservice@medano4you.com. If the accommodation has availability and you come to an agreement with us, you could be asked to pay the full cost of one night or whatever has been agreed with the Medano4you.

When you leave the accommodation, it must be in the same state of cleanliness as it was upon arrival, taking regular dirt generated after normal use of a Holiday Home. If guests wish, they can request for an extra cleaning service of Medano4you, for an additional cost. Please contact us for more information about this service at customerservice@medano4you.com.

We will inform you on your arrival of the steps to follow to process the departure of the accommodation and where you should leave the keys.
