Cancellation Policy
Conditions applicable to reservations made with Medano4you
To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total stay amount is required.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, the guest may change the reservation dates once, provided that the request is made at least 30 days before the arrival date and there is availability for the new dates or in another property managed by Medano4you.
Reservations made less than 30 days before the arrival date cannot be modified nor can the deposit be reused in case of cancellation.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
If due to exceptional circumstances the reserved accommodation is not available for reasons beyond the guest’s control, Medano4you reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation with similar or superior characteristics. If the guest does not accept the proposed alternative, a full refund of the amounts paid will be issued.
Important: Reservations made through external platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com or other booking platforms are subject to the cancellation policies and conditions established by those platforms.
