1. Selecting Your Holiday Home

Choose your arrival and departure dates and indicate the number of guests. A list of available properties matching your search will be displayed.
Each listing includes detailed information, such as photos, features, pricing, and availability. The total cost is calculated based on:

  • Number of guests
  • Seasonal pricing
  • Discounts (if applicable)
  • Cleaning fee

Some properties allow pets. Check the pet icon in the listing to confirm. Additional fees may apply for stays with pets. For questions, contact: cu*************@********ou.com

2. Booking Your Holiday Home

Once you've selected your property:

  1. Click "Instant Booking" to proceed.
  2. Fill in the form with your personal information.
  3. Use the comments box for special requests like late check-in. (See our Check-In/Check-Out Policy for more.)
  4. Complete the online prepayment to confirm your reservation.

Payment option:

  • Credit or Debit Card only

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe, ensuring encryption and protection of your card details.

Cleaning fees are not included in the nightly rate. Each property has its own cleaning fee based on its size and features, which will be shown during booking.

Once your prepayment is received, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours, including:

  • Booking summary
  • Property details
  • Remaining balance and how to pay it

3. Security Deposit (Only for Specific Properties)

Some accommodations require a security deposit, which will be clearly stated in the property listing and booking page.
Deposit must be paid at check-in and is usually processed via pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card.
The amount is held for 7 days after departure and then released automatically if the property is left in good
