Check-in and Check-out Policy

1. Confirmation and Arrival Information

Within a maximum of 24 hours after successfully completing the booking, the guest will receive a confirmation email containing the stay details and the information required to organise check-in.

Guests should provide their estimated arrival time at least three days in advance whenever possible by emailing customerservice@medano4you.com.

Where applicable, guests should also provide the arrival airport, flight number and estimated landing time.

On the day of arrival, guests are requested to notify us after landing and again approximately 15 to 20 minutes before reaching the accommodation.

2. Check-in Time

Standard check-in begins at 15:00.

Access before this time depends on the departure of the previous guests and the cleaning and preparation of the accommodation.

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed in advance and can only be confirmed once the accommodation is fully ready.

3. Late Arrivals

Arrivals from 19:00 are subject to a late check-in fee of €30.

This fee covers the in-person service provided outside normal hours and must be paid using the method indicated by Medano4you.

If the estimated arrival time is delayed by more than 30 minutes, the guest must immediately notify us using the contact number provided.

Where a delay is not reported, Medano4you cannot guarantee access to the accommodation at the originally agreed time.

4. Guest Registration and Identification

The online guest registration must be completed for every person included in the booking before arrival.

Guests aged 14 or over must provide details from a valid identification document.

For younger children who do not need to provide a document, at least their full name and date of birth must be submitted.

The number of people entering the accommodation must match the number of guests stated in the confirmed booking.

5. Key Handover and Outstanding Payments

Keys will be handed over at the accommodation or at the meeting point communicated in advance.

Before the keys are handed over, all outstanding amounts must have been paid, including supplements and the security deposit where applicable.

Guests must keep the keys and access devices secure throughout the stay and return them according to the instructions received.

The loss of keys, remote controls or access devices may result in additional charges.

6. Luggage Before Check-in

Medano4you does not provide permanent luggage storage or lockers.

Where possible, guests may be offered the option of temporarily leaving luggage at the office or accommodation between 11:00 and 15:00.

This service must be confirmed in advance and the luggage remains at the guest’s own risk.

Medano4you is not responsible for damage, loss or theft unless liability is required by law.

7. Check-out Time

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 unless the booking confirmation expressly states a different time.

For some larger accommodations, an earlier departure time may apply and will be stated in the booking information.

Before leaving, guests must follow the instructions received for returning the keys.

8. Late Check-out

Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Requests must be made beforehand, and Medano4you will confirm whether the service can be provided.

Additional charges may apply depending on the requested departure time and the availability of the accommodation.

Unauthorised late departures may result in additional charges and may affect cleaning and the arrival of the next guests.

9. Condition of the Accommodation on Departure

The accommodation must be left in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness, taking normal use during the stay into account.

Rubbish should be placed in the appropriate containers, and used dishes should be washed or placed in the dishwasher.

Professional cleaning is not required, but costs arising from excessive dirt, damage or breaches may be charged to the guest.

Personal belongings left behind may be stored temporarily. Collection or shipment is subject to availability and may involve handling and delivery charges.

10. Early Departures

No refund will be issued for unused nights resulting from an early departure unless another condition has been expressly accepted by Medano4you.
